In the modern world, especially during the 21st century, contradictions, opposition, and inhumanity are rising, but one should always be thoughtful, as the English scientist Levi Claude Strauss said: "The 21st century will be the era of humanism or it will not exist at all".

The events of September 15-17 of this year at the border of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, which took place with severe bloodshed, are proof of the inhumanity of the leaders of this incident.

A stable and peaceful international atmosphere depended on the balance of relations between the capitalist and socialist worlds. Unfortunately, the situation was not good, the competition and opposition between the parties was sharp and complicated. However, there were many supporters of peace in the world. The peoples of the world, especially the socialist countries, the national movement - anti-colonial liberation, the international communist and labour movement, neutral countries, international mass organizations of women, youth, trade unions, etc., were the bearers of the anti-war movement.

It is necessary for the leaders of the two independent states to find a solution to the border issue and maintain peace and tranquillity.
